Personal training

Pre-and post-natal fitness
Pregnancy
must be one of the most physically challenging times of a women's life.
A time when the importance of health and fitness can make all the difference
in preparing and supporting the body for the birth as well as aiding recovery
afterwards.
Research shows us that exercise is perfectly safe for expectant mums even if they have not participated in structured exercise before.
FITNESS2U can provide the expertise and guidance of taking expectant mums through the three trimesters of pregnancy, giving them solid understanding and confidence to know what is best for them and their baby.

12 week Ski preparation
Skiing
is a demanding sport. It subjects your body to repeated stresses and involves
strenuous exertion at high altitudes. The fitter you are, the better and
longer you will be able to ski each day, the lower your risk of injury
will be, and the more you will enjoy your holiday.
FITNESS2U has put together a 12 week ski fitness programme package that always leaves individuals amazed at the vast progress they can achieve in 12 weeks. A weekly appointment is made with a trainer and additional but realistic homework will be given to help ensure you are in the best possible shape to experience skiing at a new level.
